You know that moment when you just don't know whether to cry or laugh because of something so bad? I usually forget about the problem and move on to something else until my mind is cleared. Once I get my sanity back in line, it's easier for me to decide what type of tears to shed, haha!
Taking the time to appreciate simple things (that we normally take for granted) really help clear the clouds on a bad day. Instead of gobbling up a boring bowl of soup, take a moment to slow down and savor each spoonful. You'll feel less rushed and, that way, have more time to reflect on the best solution to tackle that problem. You might even realize that the answer was actually simple.
